The heat on a summer’s day can be unbearable. An insulated suspended ceiling will reduce the radiant temperature up to 90%! By installing the Insulite polystyrene insulation the area below becomes more comfortable and therefore workers are more productive.
Noise is a big problem? There are some special acoustical tiles and panels that help to control noise plus our polystyrene insulation above ceiling will reduce noise impact dramatically.
Not all ceiling tiles and panels are acoustical. The thicker and denser ceiling panels, the better sound absorption ability. Ceiling panels are also different in terms of moisture/mould resistance qualities and washing ability as well.

Suspended Plasterboard Ceilings (screw up plasterboard ceiling)
There is a wide range of options in plasterboard suspended ceilings to meet your various needs. They are flush mounted for a seamless ceiling look, or custom made in curves and domes for a stylish appearance.
Gyprock® plasterboard is used as an internal lining board to provide smooth, strong, long-lasting ceilings for homes, offices, hospitals, schools, shops and factories.

USG Radar™ Acoustical Ceiling Panels
RADAR™ is a medium-textured panel that features a unique, non-directional pattern.
The Radar™ line of panels is made with a water-felted manufacturing process, which provides excellent sound attenuation performance. The surface of the panel has perforations that also aid in sound absorption. Maintenance is simple because the surface cleans easily with a soft brush or vacuum. This panels offer the best of mould/mildew inhibition while providing a crisp, clean look.
The economical cost and wide variety of panel options in the Radar panel line make them perfect for schools, corridors, lobby areas, offices and retail stores.
USG Radar™ Panels with ClimaPlus™ performance offer a 15 YEAR WARRANTY to withstand temperature and humidity conditions up to 40°C/95% relative humidity against visible sag.

USG Orion™ 210/220 Acoustical Ceiling Panels
ORION™ 210 Ceiling Panels are face laminated acoustical panels that have the added benefit of ClimaPlus performance, which helps prevent visible sag. The panels are manufactured using a unique process that maximizes sound and anti-sag performance, producing good noise reduction coefficients (NRC).
They are ideal for areas requiring humidity resistance and noise reduction in open areas, and have a fine textured vinyl surface.
A washable vinyl face panel with good sound absorption and lightweight makes maintenance easy. Easy maintenance and good NRC performance make these panels perfect for schools, convenience stores, corridors, discount stores, grocery stores, healthcare and retail stores.

Gyprock Freshtone™ Diamond White
A 10 mm thick Gyprock plasterboard panel that provides a functional solution for commercial and industrial applications such as offices, shopping centres, nursing homes, factories, warehouses and restaurants. It has a slightly textured vinyl surface, square edges to suit an exposed grid 1200mm x 600mm.
Stringent testing shows that the panels will not shrink, buckle or warp and have minimal deflection under normal usage - well within the tolerances set by AS2785.
Easy to cut and handle, the panels can accommodate sprinkler heads, columns and recessed lighting and can be adapted to suit flush-mounted lighting systems.

Gyprex™ PVC faced ceiling tile
They have the same qualities as Gyprok Freshtone™ with the only difference in face finish. It has white satin vinyl surface that protects from finger prints, fully washable and looks great.
